LRAFB is in search of Mitigation/restoration services needed for water damage in building 1231 due to water line breakage in the mechanical room during recent winter storm on 21 February 2025, releasing an estimated 3K gallons of water. All work will be conducted in a satisfactory manner to restore facility to pre-existing flood conditions. The restoration process will include pulling and disposing of wet insulation as well as drying area with air movers. Also, replacing drywall and repainting walls and implementation of mold and mildew preventer measures will be performed. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform building 1231 storm damage mitigation and restorations. The equipment used in the restoration process includes but not limited to dehumidifiers, fan blowers, air purifiers, and moisture detectors.

This acquisition will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures; the award will be made to the contractor with the quotation of the lowest price that meets the technical requirements of the solicitation
Offeror shall provide 2-3 past performance references of recent and relevant work documentation performing similar work. Recent and relevant work is identified as work of similar scope/magnitude to this requirement and performed within the last four years. a. Documentation must include a brief description of the services performed, the period of performance dates, at least one POC and their direct contact information from the beneficiary of the services and contract number.
In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature. b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. d) Provide at least two but no more than five references that are recent and relevant for verification. Recent is defined as projects that have been completed in the last three years. Relevance is defined as having the same magnitude of work as the requirement in this solicitation.
