This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.



DLA Information Operations (EMS) Division seeks to enter a contract for up to 5-month lease of 20 Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) including installation and removal, full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security for various locations in Hawaii. The vendor must be capable of delivering all devices and having them operational by 1 April 2025.



The period of performance is as follows:



Base Period: 04/01/2025 - 05/31/2025



Option 1: 06/01/2025 - 06/30/2025



Option 2: 07/01/2025 - 07/31/2025



Option 3: 08/01/2025 - 08/31/2025







The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
