TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following question(s) were submitted by potential bidders with answers listed below in red:
Q-3. Will a copy of the plans be available for review?
A-3. Please reference RFQ 26-010-63 Appendix A Hacks Cross Road Right-of-Way
(R.O.W.) Plans. Note: Due to website size constraints, Appendix A was split into two (2)
files, pages 1-35 and 36-119.
Q-4. Reference Section II, items 1, 6, 7, 8. 9: For the Minimum Requirements tab, please verify
that we can include relevant appendices for the scorecard AFTER the narrative Letter of Interest
(LOI) with reference to the appropriate appendix number.
A-4. Yes, include the location of the referenced information in the column titled “Ref. to
appendix, if applicable"
Q-5. Reference Section IX, items 1-7: For the Department Requirements tab, please verify that
we can cross reference duplicate information requested in both the scorecard and narrative LOI
by using a reference to the LOI section in the Appendix column.
A-5. Yes, include the location of the referenced information in the column titled “Ref. to
appendix, if applicable"
Q-6. Reference Section XI, Item C, bullet 4. e.: Resumes are requested in both the Statement of
Qualifications (SOQ) and Experience of Respondent sections. Can the resumes be addressed in
the SOQ section only, which is in line with the scorecard (department requirements)?
A-6. Yes, if doing so include a note in the column titled “Vendor Comment”.
Q-7. Reference Section VII, Item F, bullet f.: Ability to meet client’s schedules without
compromising project quality and sound engineering practices is requested in both the Statement
of Qualifications (SOQ) and Experience of Respondent sections (as an answer to the scorecard
department requirements). Can the schedule be addressed in the Experience section only, which
is in line with the scorecard (department requirements)?
A-7. Yes, if doing so include a note in the column titled “Vendor Comment”.
