1. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified contractors who can provide IT Life-cycle Refresh commodities to support steady state operations for the Region 6 Denton Campus. Contractors who are interested in this opportunity are invited to provide responses to the questions expressed in section six of this Sources Sought Notice to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson,

via email at destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov, and the Region 6 Procurement Branch via email to R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 11:00 AM CST on May 12, 2025. The email subject line must contain the following: “Response to Sources Sought Notice – IT Lifecycle Refresh (Denton, Texas).” Sources Sought responses shall not exceed 7 pages, prepared on standard 8.5 x 11- inch paper in Times New Roman (12-point font) with 1” margins. All pages shall be numbered and identified with the Project Title referenced in this notice.



2. BEST VALUE SOURCE SELECTION METHOD: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable





3. RANGE OF AFFORDABILITY: Region VI has a range of affordability of $120,000.00 or less for all the items that are requested within commodity list.





4. CONTRACT TYPE: The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price, brand-name only purchase order/delivery order.
