The purpose of this announcement is to communicate the acquisition strategy for the JWCC UCM Core requirement to industry in accordance with DISA Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DARS) Subpart 5805.901(a)(1).

1. Contract Vehicle: Full and open multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) targeted at Hyperscalers

2. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and Product Service Code (PSC): 518210 and DB10

3. Identification of small business set-aside: Not applicable

4. Projected time frame for RFP release: Q4 FY26
