Solicitation Summary
The scope of this Contract consists of providing two (2) Ford Super Duty F550 19,500 GVW or equal truck chassis (typical “or equals” would be Chevrolet/GMC 5500 or Dodge 5500 chassis) mechanics trucks, model year 2024 or newer. The Water Department Truck (Truck #1) shall consist of a Palfinger PCB 39-11CS and a Palfinger model PSC 5025 telescopic service crane. The Collections Department Truck (Truck #2) shall consist of a Palfinger model 58-11SS60CS and a Palfinger model PSC 8600 TEC service crane.

Additional Instructions
One original and one copy of all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the company name, legal address, the project title for which the bid is submitted and the date advertised for opening bids. Sealed bids must be addressed to Tanya Parker, Procurement Agent, St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, and clearly marked “SEALED BID FOR MECHANICS TRUCKS WITH SERVICE CRANES, CONTRACT # 25-07-F” and will be received at the administrative office of the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland 20619, until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, November 19, 2024 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
