Summary

The Regional Transportation District (“RTD” or “District”) seeks qualified vendors to provide on-demand alternative transportation solutions for RTD paratransit customers.

Background

RTD requests proposals from qualified and experienced Transportation Network Companies (“TNC”), taxicab companies, and contract carriers who provide on-demand transportation services to provide Access-on-Demand transportation solutions for RTD customers while maintaining innovative mobility solutions and services. RTD may partner with one or more TNC, contract carrier, or taxicab company (each, a “Provider”) who meet the qualifications as described within the Statement of Work (“SOW”).
