Apple Products Residual Value

Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school district located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 45,000 students and 6,400 staff members.

The District is requesting proposals for the disposition/sale of District owned Apple products. Approximately 9,251 devices will be retired by the District, consisting of MacBook Airs, iPads, iPad Airs, iPad Minis, MacBook Pros, other Apple products, related available chargers, and repair parts.

If approved, the awarded vendor will be required to collect all devices in a s-is, where-is condition without warranty . Collection will take place at the LISD Technology Warehouse located at 1565A W. Main St., Lewisville, TX, 75067. The Vendor shall coordinate with LISD warehouse personnel for pickup timing between December 9, 2025 through January 30, 2026.

It is the responsibility of the vendor and/or the third party collecting the goods to ensure all products are accurately accounted for before leaving the premises. No compensations will be provided for any items missed or uncollected.

This request for proposal is for a turn-key lump sum pricing, shall include all costs, and result in a net payment to the District. See the proposal document and related attachments for additional information and requirements.
