SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES. The City of North Saint Paul is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP’s) from qualified contractors or firms to provide Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services for the City. Prospective Contractors interested in responding to this RFP shall notify the City via email of their interest. Questions, requests for clarification or requests for information about this RFP or process must be submitted only via email. Notifications of intent must be made by 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2026. It is the responsibility of the Respondents to ensure their Notification of Intent is received by the City. The city will be accepting proposals for these services through Feb. 13, 2026.
