ONE-TIME ORDER FOR REMOVAL OF EXISTING FLATBEDS AND INSTALLATION OF NEW SERVICE BEDS ON TWO (2) CHEVROLET 3500 HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS (LONG BED, DUAL REAR WHEELS, SINGLE CAB). THE NEW BEDS MUST BE KNAPHEIDE 6108D54 OR AN EQUIVALENT MODEL APPROVED BY PORT HOUSTON. QUOTESD PRICING SHOULD INCLUDE ALL WORK REFERENCED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK IN THE ATTACHED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (FLATBED REMOVAL, INSTALLATION OF NEW SERVICE BED, REINSTALLATION OF BACKUP CAMERA AND HITCH RECEIVER, AND ADDITIONAL INSTALLATIONS OF AMBER SAFETY STROBE LIGHTS AND HEADACHE RACK). ANY CHARGES RELATING TO DELIVERY, FREIGHT, OR TARIFFS SHOULD ALSO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED PRICING.
CONTRACTOR SHALL BE WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF PORT HOUSTON'S BAYPORT TERMINAL WHICH IS LOCATED AT 12703 PORT ROAD, SEABROOK, TEXAS, 77586. CONTRACTOR MAY INCLUDE A SEPARATE LINE ITEM CREDIT IN THEIR QUOTE FOR THE EXISTING FLAT BEDS TO OFFER THE MOST COMPETITIVE PRICING. PLEASE REFERENCE PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER ON INVOICES. REFER TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
