The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) intends to award a sole source purchase order, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to Pitchbook Data Inc. for standard Pitchbook Licenses.

The Specifications are -

Software access with the capability to search voluminous private and public company data points that include the following:

• Deal Data (Private equity and venture capital)

• Industry Overviews


• Market Maps


• Trending Areas


• Advanced Search capabilities


• Data Visualization


• Competitor Comparison


• Alerts


• Workflow and Efficiency Tools


• Intellectual Property

The determination not to compete this requirement was made pursuant to 41 USC 1901.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE PROPOSALS, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested vendors must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmation written responses are received by 8:00a.m. Eastern Time on April 18, 2025, award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information reveived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses may be submityted to the POC listed below.
