SEALED proposals will be received by the City of Fayette at the office of the Engineer, Heflin
Engineering, 548 Keyway Drive, Flowood, MS 39232 or electronic bids submitted via
www.heflinengineeringbids.com until 10:00 AM, local time, January 27, 2025, at which time and
place, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the closing time
will be returned unopened.
The work shall consist of the rehabilitation of an iron removal treatment plant.
Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are available for preview,
download or in hard copy format from www.heflinengineeringbids.com. Documents must be
obtained through the website, and such costs are non-refundable. For questions related to the

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to
five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract
Documents.
