25-323 REBID 1 ¿ Presort Mail Services for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)

You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 25-323 REBID 1 ¿ Presort Mail Services for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

Purpose and Description of Services:

1.        Presort Mail Services for the DMV.  Term: June 1, 2026 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through May 31, 2029.  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

2.        The award of this solicitation will result in two (2) contracts based upon the lowest responsive/responsible bid for the cumulative total of all the workloads.  One (1) contract will be for the CLPI Mail Sorting Workloads.  A second contract will be for the Letter Mail Workloads.  Both contracts will be awarded to the same bidder based upon the lowest of cumulative total, irrespective of the individual subtotals of the workload bid amounts.

Written questions regarding IFB are due by 10:00 a.m. on 3/10/2026.

Written responses to questions released by 5:00 p.m. on 3/17/2026.

Final date for bid submission is 3/24/2026.

Bid opening is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 3/25/2026.

Proposed state date of contract is 6/1/2026.
