    ITEM #1354 - 2026 GCRC HMA Paving County-Wide
    ADDENDUM I
FROM: Genesee County Road Commission - Purchasing Office
    SENT: Monday April 20, 2026
Genesee County Road Commission Purchasing Office has issued an addendum for Item #1354 - 2026 GCRC
HMA Paving County-Wide which was originally posted 04/07/26.
    DEADLINE April 23, 2026 @ 1:00 PM E.T.
Please review the information below and take this addendum information into account if you are responding to
    this solicitation.
Please indicate this Addendum I in your Bid. Failure to acknowledge all addenda may be cause for rejection
    of bid.
    * Will you be requiring Grabber cones after milling?
Yes. This will be required for part of the traffic control plan.
    * Will you be taking millings?
Millings are property of the contractor.
    * Log Witness pay item for GCRC HMA Paving bid is meant to be $21,250 per the bid sheet they put
    out?
Yes. This item will have to be $21,250. It's how MDOT establishes the price for a witness log per project, as I understand.
    * Is it the lump sum page in the 1354 document and/or is the line-item sheets in Paving Package Attach
    5?
What forms are required for bid submittal (goes with above question)
It will be both. Please make sure the lump sum page is equal to the sum of the project total bid tabulation page. Moreover,
the bid tabulation sheets specifically per project are just for informational purposes only.
    * Will soil erosion be required? I do not see any quantities or map pages where it's called out
There shouldn't be any disturbed soil on the project. If something arises, then soil erosion costs will be paid for separately.
    * Will any roads require rumble strips either center or sides?
No rumble strips on this project.
