• Remove and dispose of existing wooden retaining walls along south side of property

• Install approximately 115 feet of 3 feet tall concrete block retaining wall.

• Install block steps at the end of the wall.

• Install approximate 35 feet of 3 feet tall block retaining wall beyond new steps.

• Install proper drainage behind full length of wall.

NOTES:

Existing wood wall will be marked and identified at the location. The location of proposed

retaining wall and steps will be flagged or identified. Please schedule site inspection if needed.
