Project Description: Professional Engineering Services Requested. The City of Waco has issued this Request for Qualifications to select a consulting engineering firm to perform a comprehensive biological/chemical study on Lake Waco and use the results of the study to provide a sealed proposal to the City of Waco for improvements to the city’s water treatment process.
