The City of Spokane, through its Integrated Capital Management Department is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing a UIC Evaluations and Alternative Analysis in Wellhead Protection Zones . It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
