Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Metering System Replacement Project to include the installation of approximately 280 meters, including all necessary appurtenances will be received by Lance Powell, P.E. at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 until 2:30 PM (local time), on April 10, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED to pay close attention to the Information for Bidders for this project. The Instruction to Bidders details special provisions regarding the bid opening.

Hardcopies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC located at 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 upon non refundable payment of $75.00 for each set. Bidding information can be downloaded at www.questcdn.com . Reference QuestCDN project number 9586419 for a non-refundable charge of $25.00.
