Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Engineering Services – Saline County PFB
The Saline County Sewer and Water Works Public Facility Board (SCPFB) of Alexander, Arkansas, has applied for and received funding from the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC) to make improvements to its wastewater treatment plant. SCPFB is seeking to acquire the services of a professional engineering firm to provide services for the above-referenced project.
Procedures for the selection of a firm will be in accordance with state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence; past performance; capacity and capability to perform the work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent receiving the highest total score in the evaluation process.
The proposed scope of work includes all regulatory and engineering disciplines associated with expanding the existing wastewater treatment plant from 0.20 MGD to 0.40 MGD design flow.
All interested parties must submit one (1) digital Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to:
