NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, May 13, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
RMTC Building 14304 Conversion located in North Little Rock, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752604
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 2:00PM on May 6, 2026, at 1301 Missouri Ave. Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199 The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Lewis Architects Engineers, 11225 Huron Lane, Suite 104, Little Rock, AR 72211, 501-223-9302. Prime bidders will be furnished with three (3) sets of bidding documents.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: Lewis Architects Engineers, Steve Elliott, AIA, 11225 Huron Lane, Suite 104, Little Rock, AR 72211. 501-223-9302
A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
