The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services is in need of an Eppendorf BioFlow 320 Instrument for the National Bio-Agro Defence Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, KS 66502. Questions are due no later than 8:00am 7/16/25 to the Contracting Specialist Kathy Melby at kathleen.melby@usda.gov. Interested parties, please complete and return all 33 pages of the attached 1449 to the Contract Specialist via email by 3:00(EST)
