Agreement for Services (AFS):
These two agreements apply to this project. The District does not currently have a single agreement that applies just to design-build delivery method projects. These agreements are optional at the time of the proposal submission.
The successful Firm will be required to provide this agreement within 7 days after requested by the District.
March 26, 2025: 1:00pm to 2:30pm Optional On-Campus Pre-Bid Meeting: Meet first in building 100, room 113, then, tour potential college metal storage building locations. Address: Woodland Community College, 2300 East Gibson Road, Woodland, California 95776.
