PUBLIC NOTICE
The St. Tammany Parish Mosquito Abatement District will receive sealed bids until 12:00 PM, Friday,
November 13, 2026, for the purchase of the following insecticides and herbicides. Bids should be marked
"sealed bid 2026-11-13". Bids must remain effective until December 31, 2027. Any equivalent products
will be considered and should be specified as an equivalent on the bid. Products will be evaluated on a
price per minimum unit (e.g.: case, pound, gallon).
(1) DeltaGard containing 2% Deltamethrin in 2.5 gal., 30 gal., or 250-gallon containers.
(2) Fyfanon ULV containing at least 95% Malathion. Supplied in returnable drums or totes.
(3) Enviro 13P, Orchex 796, BVA Spray 13, Chevron neutral oil or equivalent ULV diluent containing
mineral oil
(4) Dibrom. Material must contain 12.6 lbs. of actual Naled per gallon and be supplied in 30-gallon
returnable drums.
(5) Imperium containing at least 2% Deltamethrin supplied in barrels or totes
(6) Duet HD containing at least 1% prallethrin, 5% sumithrin, and 5% piperonyl butoxide, contained
in returnable drums or totes.
(7) ReMoa Tri must contain 4.0% Fenpropathrin, 1.5 % Abamectin, and 1.0 % C-8910 in 30 gallon
drums or totes
(8) DuoVex containing at least 1% Deltamethrin, 1.25%Prallethrin, supplied in 55 gal drums or 275
gal totes.
(9) Merus containing 5% Pyrethrins in drums, totes, or bulk and must have Organic Material Review
Institute (OMRI) certification
(10) D-Fense containing at least 4% Deltamethrin sold in one-gallon jugs.
(11) VectoBac 12 AS or Fallout LQ containing Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis solids, spores, and
insecticidal toxins or equivalent
(12) VectoBac WDG Biological Larvicide containing Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis solids, spores,
and insecticidal toxins or equivalent. Sold in 1 Lbs. containers or 25 Lbs. drums
(13) VectoLex WDG, water dispersible granule or equivalent. Biological larvicide containing 51.2%
Bacillus sphaericus 2362, serotype H5a5b, strain ABTS 1743 fermentation solids, spores and
insecticidal toxins or 650 Bs ITU/mg. Supplied in 24x1 lb. containers and 25 lb. drum.
(14) BVA 2 or equivalent EPA certified larvicidal oil containing mineral oil, sold in bulk 2,000 gallons
or more
(15) Altosid XR Extended Residual Briquets containing at least 1.8% methoprene by weight, or
equivalent.
(16) VectoBac GS or Summit Bti granules, containing Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis solids, spores
and insecticidal toxins sold in 40 Lbs. bags or equivalent. Mesh size 10/14.
(17) VectoLex FG or Spheratax SPH (50G), larvicide granules containing 50 B.S. I.T.U./mg Bacillus
sphaericus supplied in 40 lb. sacks or equivalent. Mesh size 10/14.
(18) VectoMax FG Bs and Bti solids, spores, and insecticidal toxins or equivalent. Sold in 40 Lbs.
bags.
(19) MetaLarv S-PT or equivalent; Active ingredient-(S)-Methoprene 4.25% sold in 40 Lbs.
(20) ProcellaCOR Florpyrauxifen-benzyl 26% for aquatic herbicide.
(21) Clipper SC Aquatic Herbicide, containing Flumioxazin 44.0% or equivalent, in 2.5-gallon jugs
(22) Aquamaster Herbicide containing Glyphosate 53.8% or equivalent in 2.5-gallon jugs
(23) Heritage PPG containing Methylated vegetable oil, polyether modified polyisiloxane, alkyphenol
ethyoxylte, Other Ingredients sold in 2.5 gallon jugs
(24) PHASE Surfactant or equivalent containing 100% Methylated esters of fatty acids, alcohol
ethoxylate, and polyether modified polysiloxane in 2.5 gallon jugs
(25) SUNSET ORT Oil or equivalent containing 100% fragrance oils, surfactants and other
ingredients effective as an odor reduction and masking agent in oil carrier in 1 gallon jugs

The Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics is applicable to all bid proposals, requests for proposals,
contracts, agreements, transactions or any other procurement or contractual matter.
Bids may be delivered or mailed to the District office located at 62436 Airport Road, Slidell, LA 70460.

Bids will be opened at a public meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 1:00PM, at the St.
Tammany Parish Mosquito Abatement District, 62436 Airport Road, Slidell, LA 70460. The
District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
