A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2025, 10:00 A.M. AT THE GILMOUR FARM (formerly known as Holly Ravine), BLOCK 528.01 LOT 32, CHERRY HILL, NJ 08003. ATTENDEES SHOULD MEET AT THE RED BARN. FURTHER LOCATION DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. THIS PREBID MEETING IS NOT MANDATORY BUT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ANYONE BIDDING ATTEND.

SCOPE OF WORK

This bid procurement (“Bid”) is for the demolition and removal of two (2) two-story buildings and their contents including any debris, whether above or below ground, sidewalks, driveways, a swimming pool, a greenhouse, septic tanks, and any other items as shown on the plans and as described.
