Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the PEA RIDGE WATER UTILITIES, EASTERLING LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS will be received by PEA RIDGE WATER UTILITIES, BOARD OF DIRECTORS at the office of Halff Associates, Inc. 2407 SE Cottonwood St #1, Bentonville, AR 72712 until 2:00 pm, on May 5, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

This project consists of rehabilitating the Easterling Lift Station, including: pumps and controls, FRP Control Building and Accessories, Electrical Service, Back-up Generator, Overhead Monorail Crane/Hoist System, Site Grading, and Cast-In-Place Concrete Foundations. There is also a small section of 12” Force Main by-pass line to be installed at the WWTP site.
Pea Ridge reserves the right to waive any formalities, and to reject any or all bids.
A five percent (5%) bid bond shall be submitted with the bid proposal.
