REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST
ON-CALL ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY SERVICES 2027
Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (Department) is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call alternative delivery services. The scope of work for on-call alternative delivery services will include, but is not limited to, supporting and supplementing the Department’s Alternative Project Delivery Division staff in project and program management activities, risk assessment and management, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and permitting support, contract document development, procurement process development, and project controls and constructability services.

In order to receive consideration, interested firms shall provide completed qualifications in PDF format to ConsultantContracts@ardot.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 19, 2026.
