The District anticipates awarding to multiple contractors. The resulting Agreement(s) will have an initial term of three (3) years.

Under the Agreement(s), the selected contractor(s) will support the District with aerial herbicide applications to manage and control nuisance aquatic vegetation in support of flood protection, navigation, recreation, and water quality improvement (the “Work”). Work will be performed through individual Work Orders issued as treatment areas are identified.
