Sealed proposals will be received on General Contract for TIMBER HARVEST, ARKADELPHIA PUBLIC SCHOOLS, ARKADELPHIA, ARKANSAS at 2:00 p.m., May 11, 2026. Bids can be mailed to Arkadelphia Public Schools, P.O. Box 10, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 or delivered to the office of the Superintendent of Schools, Arkadelphia Public Schools, 700 Clinton Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The Owner will publicly read aloud all bids. Any bids received after the stated time and opening date will be returned unopened.
A job-site visit will be April 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Arkadelphia Public Schools, Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner.
