Project Description:
The Office of Technology (OTECH) is seeking services to upgrade the existing Government of Guam’s (GovGuam) Firewall Appliance with machine-
learning (ML) powered next-generation technology. This security appliance shall be designed to meet the demands of modern network environments
through advanced encryption algorithms, while delivering high-speed data processing and threat prevention throughput exceeding 10 Gbps. Services
shall include the implementation of a policy based zoned architecture to secure and separate networks within the GovGuam Intranet, deployment
of an advanced secure access gateway with built-in multi-layer security to protect GovGuam assets, as well as provide an access control policy
engine and Zero-Trust Access for remote access. The entire solution must be closely planned and designed with OTECH and an on-site
manufacturer certified engineer or authorized representative and meet minimum controls of NIST Special Publication 800-53 Revision 5. On-site
installation shall include product training and knowledge transfer.
