Addendum No. 1 - 10-20-2025
Monte Vista Water District (District) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing clay tile roof and installation of a new composition shingle roof at the District’s Main Office, located at 10575 Central Avenue in Montclair, California.
This project is part of MVWD’s ongoing facility improvements and is intended to modernize the building's roofing system while increasing energy efficiency and resiliency. This RFP describes the Project, the required Scope of Work, the minimum information that must be included in the Proposal, and the selection process.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Monte Vista Water District located at 10575 Central Avenue, Montclair, CA 91763.
