Description:

College Lodge Residence Hall is a 71,375gsfsix-level 200-bed residence hall constructed as the Downtowner Motor Inn in 1963 on a 0.23-acre parcel at 159 Calhoun Street. The College purchased the building in 1975. The last significant renovation was in 2004. The building was taken offline in May 2023. This project will demolish the vacant residence hall building, courtyard, and parking area in its entirety. All abatement has been completed.

a Contractor's Statement of Qualifications & Questionaire. The Contractor will review the Criteria listed in the form and
verify if can meet or exceed the Criteria. The Contractor will complete the form, provide any additional documentation
required by the Criteria, and submit it to the Agency at the address noted below by the submittal due date and time noted
above.

LICENSURE: To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the
requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended at the time of qualification submission.
