**Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time at Jones & DeMille Engineering, 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, UT, 84066. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. **
