Consistent with EOHLC guidance and subject to EOHLC final approval, EOHLC is seeking Bidders who can provide the following services. EOHLC seeks a Bidder to provide presentations/training at an in-person meeting on April 2, 2025 related to HUD-defined topics including
-Homeless and Chronic Homeless documentation
- Housing First
- LGBTQ+ Engagement, and
- Increasing Program Participant Earned Income.

EOHLC is also seeking a Bidder to provide virtual training throughout the year on other HUD CoC topics such as -
Ensuring Racial Equity and Engaging Persons with Lived Experience of Homelessness. Successful Bidders will have expertise in the topic identified and in providing training and information on that topic.
The training on April 2nd is an in-person event as identified above and each topic should be addressed in approximately an hour to 1 hour and fifteen minutes. Virtual trainings may be longer as needed depending upon the topic. The purpose of these presentations/trainings will be to educate CoC members and provide best practices related to implementation of the respective topics. EOHLC may procure additional services or undertake new initiatives from the Bidder(s) to provide additional or related services under this RFQ. During this engagement, EOHLC may amend any SOWs resulting from this
procurement to address, among other things, items or issues not previously identified.
