This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0127 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Multiparameter Sensors for United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Sustainable Biofuels and Co-products research unit.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 The small business size standard is 1,000. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Our team from the Sustainable Biofuels and Co-products research unit at the USDA-ARS-ERRC conducts research with the need of multiparameter sensors (MPS) that require special instrumentation for reproducibility and accuracy for real-time result detection.
The requisite of the sensors will be used for a unique small-scale incubator shake flasks. Some of the features that the MPS has is that it’s dedicated for monitoring backscattered (biomass), dissolved oxygen, fluorescence in real time experiments. The device has DOTS software that is also compatible with Windows 10 or newer version.
