2025 Comprehensive Plan RFP

The Village of Western Springs (the “Village”) is accepting proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary consultants to prepare an update to the Comprehensive Plan (the “Plan”), which was adopted in 2003. The Village’s primary goal for the updated Plan is to modernize the existing Plan, which can be accessed on the Village website. The updated Plan must incorporate the area both within the corporate boundary and strategic unincorporated area(s) adjacent to the corporate boundary. The updated Plan will include recommendations for the overall geographic area of the Village, as well as specific recommendations for subareas and corridors identified by the Village.

All responses to the Village of Western Springs RFP for Comprehensive Plan Update must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. November 3, 2025. Responses received after 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025, will not be considered. Questions must be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2025.
