Pre-Bid Meeting | This project will conduct a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting. Time and location can be located under the "Activities" tab. DBE | There are no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)/Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program goals for this procurement. However, the City, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26, hereby notifies all bidders and proposers that it shall affirmatively ensure that in regard to any contract entered into, certified DBE/SBE firms shall be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and proposals in response to our invitation and shall not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability or national origin in consideration for an award. Although there is no contract-specific goal associated, the City encourages bidders to make the same effort to ensure nondiscrimination in the award and administration of subcontracts, to help remove barriers to the participation of DBEs/SBEs, and to assist in the development of firms that can compete successfully in the marketplace outside the DBE/SBE program.

Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the
Health and Human Services Hot Water Tanks Project. The p
roject
includes, but is not limited to, removing and replacing the two (2) existing hot water storage tanks for the Carson City Health and Human Services building located at 900 E Long Street in Carson City, NV. S
ealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto.
The
Contractor shall maintain a hot water supply to the facility throughout the duration of the project by providing a temporary water heater during times the existing or new water heaters are not in use.
