SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to hire one vendor to provide turnout boots on an as needed basis to be furnished and delivered F.O.B. destination to Suffolk Fire Logistics Facility, 302 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434, in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.

The contract shall begin on December 1, 2024 and go through November 30, 2025.
The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending November 30, 2027. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
