The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from experienced vendors for the licensing, service, and support of OpenText's AppEnhancer Imaging Suite (AE) and Hyland's OCR for AnyDoc scanning software, which is utilized by approximately 25 City departments. The selected Applicant should also be able to provide off-site scanning and indexing services of business documents for City departments that need to convert paper documents to digital images.
