INTENT OF THIS SOLICITATION: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to establish a service agreement for pickup, transportation and disposal of grit and cake sludge wastewater by-products generated from the University’s Water Resource and Recovery Facility (“WRRF”).
