***INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE***

Estimated Date of Award: 1 Oct, 2025 Synopsis: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 7 (NCO 7) intends to award a sole source contract award to Cardinal Health, Inc., 7000 Cardinal Pl. Dublin, OH 43017-1091. The period of performance for contract award will be from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030. This requirement is for the purchase of Ga-68 Dotatate Netspot injectable Positron Emission Tomography imaging (PET) to identify suspected tumors in the body. Ga-68 Netspot is a PET/CT imaging radiopharmaceutical for the localization of somatostatin receptor positive neuroendocrine tumors. This injectable drug is a molecular imaging agent used in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging to identify suspected NET tumors anywhere in the body. This will be a new firm fixed price contract supporting the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by July 25, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Michael.barton@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted. System for Award Management (SAM): Rule requires a firm to be registered in the SAM Registration Database (SAM) prior to award of any contract and agreements.
