Description

This notice serves as the pre-solicitation notice for the project titled LMA Tech Trl HVAC Replacement. Under this acquisition, The successful offeror must supply, install, and commission new ductless heat pump systems for the Tech Section Office Building at Lower Monumental Lock & Dam. The existing outdoor condenser units, line sets, wire whips, and mounting pads must be removed and properly disposed of in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. The existing indoor air handlers will be left in place for ventilation and emergency back-up heat capability, but all freon must be evacuated and line sets capped. The existing drain lines and electrical wiring must be adapted, modified, or upgraded as needed to ensure proper connection of the new systems at no additional cost to the government.
