To date, the above listed supplier has been identified as the exclusive source for this product/service. Notice is hereby provided that the above product/service may be a sole source.

Any supplier that believes they are capable of providing the same type of product/service should submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities, as applicable, to the below listed Purchasing Agent by email only ( tara.urdininea@orlando.gov ) no later than the due date and time.

This posting will remain active for seven (7) calendar days. The Purchasing Agent must be notified by email only ( tara.urdininea@orlando.gov ) within this seven-day period.

Windcave is the embedded and exclusive credit card gateway solution within the Amano McGann Pro+ parking access system utilized by the City Parking Division. Amano McGann integrates Windcave as its EMV and PCI-compliant payment processing platform, and Windcave is the only approved gateway solution for this proprietary equipment. Per Amano McGann, they are the sole source provider for sales, service, updates, and repairs of the Pro+ hardware and software currently deployed citywide. As such, the City must utilize Windcave for gateway services to maintain compatibility with the existing Amano McGann infrastructure.
