Description:
Project consists of improvements and enhancements for areas within Dr. William H. Lacey Memorial Park, including minor improvements along Murray Drive and the Berkeley County Health Department driveway. Improvements and enhancements include a restroom building, pavilions, playgrounds, tennis courts, parking, sidewalks and trails, steps, curbing, fencing, lighting and security, site furnishings, signs and monuments, turf, plants and irrigation, utilities, grading and drainage.
