NOTICE OF 2025 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTS

The Township Committee of the Township of Millburn has awarded the following professional contracts without competitive bidding unless otherwise noted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii) at their August 12, 2025 meeting.  Once executed, these contracts and resolutions authorizing them are available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow, Millburn, NJ  07041. The contracts are authorized for one year as outlined in their contracts.

Professional Services:

Awarded to:       Alexander Elias Architecture, LLC, 76 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 310, South Orange, NJ 07079
Services:              Professional fair and open contract for residential design services/build services for the                                                residential elevation projects at 819 Ridgewood Road, 823 Ridgewood Road and 825                                                      Ridgewood Road
Amount:              in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00, as per the proposal dated August 5, 2025

Awarded to: Topology NJ, LLC, 60 Union Street, Suite 1N, Newark, New Jersey 07105
Services:              Professional Planning Consultant Services related to preparing the Redevelopment Plan for Block                               1212, Lots 4, 22 and 24-27
Amount:              in the amount not to exceed $15,000.00, as per the proposal dated August 5, 2025

Awarded to: ANS Geo Inc., 3201 Hamilton Blvd., South Plainfield, NJ 07080
Services:              Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services for the retaining wall investigation at the
Paper Mill Playhouse located at 22 Brookside Drive in Millburn (Block: 1304, Lots: 13, 14                                                 & 15)
Amount:              as set forth in the proposal dated June 17, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $31,000.00
