This is not a request for quotes; the Government is seeking information for market research
purposes only. VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is seeking sources interested and
capable of providing the items as described in the attached Product Description.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 OTHER COMPUTER RELATED SERVICES.
The Service Code (PSC) is 7A20 - it and telecom - application development software (perpetual license software).
Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), address, point of contact, and examples of similar facilities to which similar items have been provided.
Contractors must provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought, ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included.

ScriptPro Windows 11 Upgrade

BACKGROUND: The Memphis VA Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking to purchase a mandatory Windows 11 operating system. Windows 10 is no longer supported by vendors. Request is to upgrade operating system to Win 11 and replace existing pharmacy data terminals with more efficient SP Datapoint stations.

OBJECTIVE:
To purchase a mandatory Windows 11 Upgrade, because Windows 10 is no longer supported by ScriptPro. To replace existing pharmacy data terminals with more efficient SP Datapoint stations.

SCOPE OF WORK: Vendor shall provide This upgrade will include the following specifications:
