City of Medicine Hat

The Contractor is required to supply and apply tack oil to roadways, as well as supply tack oil to the City for pickup. The work will be performed on an “as required” basis, and will cover the supply of all materials, equipment, labour and any other costs required for this work. It is the City's intention to enter into an Agreement with one (1) or two (2) legal entities.

The term of contract will be one (1) year from contract execution with an option to renew annually for four (4) additional years.
