City of Red Deer
The Residual Management Facility (“RMF”) removes solids and particulate generated from waste streams effluent during the Water Treatment Process. Liquids are treated and returned to back to the river, while solids are separated, collected and to be disposed of at the City’s Waste Management Facility (“WMF”).

Rental of bins used for the collection of solid waste generated from the RMF. Transportation and disposal of contents of the bins to the City’s WMF.

The successful respondents will be required to enter into an Agreement with the City for a one (1) year period. The City at its sole discretion may choose to extend the Agreement for up to four (4) years in one (1) year increments.
