City of Calgary
The City of Calgary, Water Services, requires a Consultant to provide an independent review of Water Services’ employee training program to improve capacity, employee experience, and overall effectiveness in achieving employee competency and knowledge retention.

This project will include an evaluation of how Water Services identifies employee learning requirements, develops training content, delivers training (in person, online and on the job), and the various forms of evaluating competency.

This project will take a wide view of “training programs” offered by a variety of teams including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, formal competency-based training, safety and compliance training (corporate and Business Unit), vehicle and equipment training, on-the-job training, and operational rollouts of business process changes.

Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for all Phases of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase.
