Oracle ERP Software Technical Support Services

Project Description: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is a Special District within the State of California that owns, maintains, and operates passenger rail service in Sonoma County and Marin County. In addition to passenger rail service, SMART is a common carrier that owns and operates freight rail services within Sonoma County, Marin County, and Napa County.
SMART is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software technical support services and consultation support.
Services under this Agreement will be on a task order basis and shall include, but are not limited to:
• Oracle Cloud Optimization and Service Desk Support
• Quarterly Release Update Management
• Non-Incident Service Requests
• Third Party Application Integration
It is anticipated that the majority of the services required by SMART will be performed remotely.
This contract has a 3-year base term with two (2) one-year options to extend thereafter. The effective start date of this Agreement will be July 1, 2026.
The deadline to submit a Proposal in response is February 17, 2026 by 2:00pm (Pacific).
