Skydio Drones and Dock System

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS NOTICE UNTIL FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE PROPOSAL CLOSING DATE WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR. FAR CLAUSE 52.232-18, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE SOLICITATION.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the delivery and installation or deployment of all products listed below.

1. 3 EA - Skydio X10D Starter Solution (Multi-Band) IR NA+ VT300-Z


2. 3 EA – Skydio Nightsense with IR Attachment for X10D


3. 6 EA – Skydio Speaker/Mic for X10D


4. 6 EA – Skydio Spotlight for X10D


5. 1 EA – Skydio X10 Dock Bundle (2.4/5 GHz with Cellular Visible Light) NA+ VT300-Z


6. Skydio X10 Dock – Maintenance and Repair Warranty plan


7. Skydio X10 Dock – Deployment and Training
   
   
   
   1. Deployment to include contractor guidance on feasibility of government site selection (i.e. optimal placement for connectivity and service)
   
   
   2. Training will be on-site instruction on dock operation, to include radio usage and remote operation from a secondary location
   
   
   
   


8. Skydio On-Prem Remote Ops License (3 Year License)
